"The Nutley Papers" is a Musical, with score by Herbert Kaplan and book and lyrics by William Brown and James Billings. It is based on Mr. Billings popular book of the same name. It asks no universal questions nor does it make any life-challenging statements other than to suggest the possibility that all history books are but useless garbage.
